怎樣安裝驅(qū)動(dòng)軸內(nèi)球籠？
How to install the ball cage in the drive shaft?
① 安裝新的小卡箍和新的內(nèi)球籠防塵罩至半軸上，向新的內(nèi)球籠防塵罩內(nèi)添加30g 左右的潤(rùn)滑脂。
(1) Install new small clamps and new inner ball cage dust-proof cover to the half axle, and add about 30g grease to the new inner ball cage dust-proof cover.
② 將三球銷(xiāo)上所做的標(biāo)記對(duì)準(zhǔn)半軸端部，然后將三球銷(xiāo)安裝到半軸上。
(2) Align the marks made on the three-ball pins to the end of the half-axle, and then install the three-ball pins on the half-axle.
③ 將新的卡環(huán)安裝到半軸環(huán)槽中。務(wù)必將卡環(huán)在環(huán)槽內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，確保其完全就位。
(3) Install the new clasp into the half-axle ring groove. Make sure that the clasp is rotated in the ring groove to ensure that it is fully in place.
④ 如下圖，將滾柱1 安裝到三球銷(xiāo)2 上，使其高軸肩向外，并注意以下事項(xiàng)：
(4) As shown below, the roller 1 is installed on the three ball pins 2 to make the high shoulder outward, and the following points should be noted:
a. 對(duì)準(zhǔn)所做的標(biāo)記3，將滾柱重新安裝到三球銷(xiāo)原來(lái)的位置上。
A. Align marker 3 and reinstall the roller to the original position of the three ball pins.
b. 將半軸豎立固定，以防滾柱掉落。
B. Fix the semi-axle vertically to prevent the roller from falling off.

⑤ 向新球籠內(nèi)添加60~100g 潤(rùn)滑脂。
_Add 60-100g grease to the new ball cage.
⑥ 將內(nèi)球籠安裝到半軸上，并注意以下事項(xiàng)。
_Install the inner ball cage on the half axle, and pay attention to the following matters.
a. 將內(nèi)球籠上所做的標(biāo)記和滾柱對(duì)準(zhǔn)，重新將內(nèi)球籠安裝到半軸上。
A. Align the markings made on the inner ball cage with the rollers and re-install the inner ball cage on the half axle.
b. 固定半軸，使內(nèi)球籠豎立，以防止其掉落。
B. Fixed the half axle so that the inner ball cage is erected to prevent it from falling.
⑦ 將防塵罩的端部安裝到半軸和內(nèi)球籠上，鎖緊新的防塵罩大、小卡箍。
_Install the end of the dust cover on the half axle and the inner ball cage, and lock the big and small clamps of the new dust cover.
怎樣調(diào)整方向盤(pán)中間位置？
How to adjust the middle position of the steering wheel?
若車(chē)輛的方向盤(pán)不在中間位置，則當(dāng)松開(kāi)方向盤(pán)后，車(chē)輛將不會(huì)直線行駛，出現(xiàn)跑偏現(xiàn)象。在車(chē)輛左右兩側(cè)分別執(zhí)行下列步驟以調(diào)整方向盤(pán)的中間位置。
If the steering wheel of the vehicle is not in the middle position, when the steering wheel is loosened, the vehicle will not run in a straight line and there will be deviation. The following steps are performed on both sides of the vehicle to adjust the middle position of the steering wheel.
① 在橫拉桿和齒條接頭的顯著位置做標(biāo)記.
(1) Mark the notable position of the tie rod and rack joint as shown in the following figure.
② 使用量規(guī)測(cè)量橫拉桿和齒條接頭螺紋間的距離。
(2) Use gauges to measure the distance between the threads of the horizontal tie rod and the rack joint.
③ 松開(kāi)左、右鎖緊螺母和防塵套卡夾。
3. Release the left and right locking nuts and dust jacket clips.
④ 以相同的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度（不同方向）旋轉(zhuǎn)左、右齒條接頭。
(4) Rotate the left and right rack joints at the same rotation angle (in different directions).
⑤ 擰緊左、右鎖緊螺母。確保橫拉桿與齒條接頭螺紋之間的長(zhǎng)度差在1.5mm 內(nèi)。
Tighten the left and right locking nuts. Make sure that the length difference between the horizontal tie rod and the thread of the rack joint is within 1.5mm.
⑥ 安裝左、右防塵套卡夾。
Install left and right dust-proof jacket clips.
