1. Sound the horn and turn on the headlamp. If there is a screw driver or a wire on the "- terminal of the ignition coil for fire test, if there is no fire, it is an open circuit between the low voltage terminal of the ignition coil and the ammeter. Test the fire according to the sequence of ignition coil "switch" - > ignition coil "switch power supply" terminal "- > ignition switch" - > ammeter, and diagnose the position of open circuit fault according to whether there is fire or not.

若是接線柱與導線連接不牢或接觸不良，應清潔接線柱，緊固固定螺母；若是某段導線斷路，就更換該段導線，所更換的導線應與原導線規格相同。

If the connection between the terminal and the wire is not firm or the contact is poor, the terminal should be cleaned and the fixed nut should be tightened; if a section of wire is open circuit, the section of wire should be replaced, and the replaced wire should be the same as the original wire specification.

2、按喇叭不響，開前照燈不亮。用導線在起動機接線柱試火，如有火，則故障為起動機接線柱至電流表之間線路斷路；如無火，則故障是蓄電池電量不足或其線路故障。蓄電池電量不足，應充電；線路斷路，應重新接通。

2. The horn doesn't sound and the headlamp doesn't work. Use wire to test fire on starter terminal. If there is fire, the fault is open circuit between starter terminal and ammeter. If there is no fire, the fault is insufficient battery or its line fault. If the battery is insufficient, it should be charged; if the circuit is open, it should be reconnected.

3、用螺絲刀在點火線圈“-”接線柱上試火，如有火，再在分電器活動觸點臂與底板間試火。如果有火，則為觸點故障(如觸點燒蝕、太臟、不能閉合等)，可用“白金砂條”修磨觸點和調整觸點間隙等方法來排除故障。如無火，轉入下一步。

3. Use a screwdriver to test the fire on the "-" terminal of the ignition coil. If there is a fire, then test the fire between the movable contact arm of the distributor and the base plate. If there is fire, it is contact failure (such as contact ablation, too dirty, unable to close, etc.), which can be eliminated by "platinum sand bar" grinding contact and adjusting contact clearance. If there is no fire, go to the next step.

4、在分電器絕緣接柱與分電器殼處試火，如無火，則為分電器絕緣接柱至點火線圈“-”接柱間的導線斷路故障；如果有火，則為絕緣支架至絕緣接柱間導線斷路故障。若系接線柱與導線接觸不良而斷電，應清潔和緊固接接線柱與導線頭；若是某段導線斷路，用相同規格導線更換該段導線即可。

4. If there is no fire, it is the open circuit fault of the wire between the insulated connection post of the distributor and the "-" connection post of the ignition coil; if there is fire, it is the open circuit fault of the wire between the insulated support and the insulated connection post. If the power is cut off due to poor contact between the terminal and the conductor, the terminal and the conductor head shall be cleaned and fastened; if a certain section of conductor is open, the conductor of the same specification can be replaced.
