When inspecting a serviced vehicle, the inspector shall inspect the appearance of the vehicle and conduct inspection or road test on the basis of the driver's reflection and the files provided by the vehicle-using unit on board.

　　1、外觀檢查

　　1. Appearance inspection

　　①車容：檢視車輛外部有無碰傷或漆層脫落，車身或駕駛室的門窗、玻璃、鉸鏈、門鎖、把手等是否完備有效。

　　(1) Vehicle capacity: inspect whether the outside of the vehicle is damaged or the paint layer falls off, whether the body or cab doors and windows, glass, hinges, door locks, handles, etc. are complete and effective.

　　②安全機構：轉向、傳動、制動等機構是否有松動、滲漏、缺損等現象。

　　(2) Safety mechanism: Whether the steering, transmission, braking and other mechanisms are loose, leakage, defect and other phenomena.

　　③基礎件：氣缸體、變速器殼、前后橋及車架等有否嚴重變形和裂損。

　　(3) Basic parts: whether there are serious deformation and cracks in cylinder block, transmission housing, front and rear axles and frame, etc.

　　④輪胎：檢視輪胎有否異常磨損現象。

　　Tire: Check whether there is abnormal wear of tire.

　　2、路試檢查

　　2. Road Test Inspection

　　①發動機的機油壓力和冷卻液溫度是否正常，發動機在高、中、低轉速狀況下有無異響。

　　Whether the engine oil pressure and coolant temperature are normal or not, and whether the engine has abnormal sound at high, medium and low speed.

　　②離合器是否有打滑、發抖和分離不徹底現象。

　　Whether the clutch has slippage, trembling and incomplete separation.

　　③變速器是否有掛檔困難、跳檔或異響。

　　Whether the transmission has difficulty in gearing, gear jumping or abnormal noise.

　　④轉向機構是否有跑偏、擺頭和阻滯現象。

　　(4) Whether the steering mechanism has the phenomenon of deviation, head swing and blockage.

　　⑤后橋是否有異響。

　　Whether there is any abnormal noise in the rear bridge.

　　⑥制動性能是否良好。

　　_Whether the braking performance is good or not.

　　3、檢測診斷車輛二級維護前應進行檢測診斷和技術評定，根據結果，確定附加作業和小修項目，結合二級維護一并進行。

　　3. Detection, diagnosis and technical evaluation should be carried out before the second level maintenance of the detection and diagnosis vehicle. According to the results, additional operations and minor repairs should be determined, and combined with the second level maintenance.
